I braced myself for a nightmare, because dealing with insurance typically ranks somewhere between getting a root canal and assembling IKEA furniture. But Daryl Jolma and his State Farm team were awesome. Daryl kept me reassured that I was going to be a happy State Farm customer and he was definitely right. Bottom line: they turned a really stressful situation into something manageable. If you want insurance folks who treat you like a human being—and not a policy number—go with Daryl and his crew.
