"I was already going to leave Daryl Jolma's office a 5-star review after my experience filing an auto claim with them - complimenting the ease of communication with their uber-friendly team, as well as the fact that they literally got everything processed and sent over to AFC's body shop to begin the work for me without me even needing to return a phone call - but then I got home last night and checked my mail. Inside the mailbox I found a hand-signed birthday card addressed to myself from Daryl's office. It ABSOLUTELY MADE my night after a rough day, and I'm so thankful to be taken such good care of after sooo many frustrations with insurance providers beforehand. Thank you to Buna for being such a friendly and reliable point of contact throughout my claims process, as well as the entire team - you're all rockstars!!"
